Project Overview
Mirian Cleaning Services is a nationwide cleaning lead generation platform targeting homeowners and businesses across all 50 US states. The goal was clear: build a site that ranks on Google for hundreds of local cleaning service searches simultaneously — without manually writing hundreds of pages. The result speaks for itself: 125,000 impressions and 215 clicks within the first 30 days of going live.
What Was Built
- Built the entire site using Next.js for its static site generation (SSG) and server-side rendering (SSR) capabilities — essential for programmatic SEO at scale
- Engineered a mass page generation system that automatically creates unique, SEO-optimized landing pages for every US state (50 states) and their major cities — all from a single data structure
- Each location page is built around targeted local keywords (e.g., “cleaning services in New York”, “house cleaning California”) to capture high-intent search traffic across the country
- Designed the full UI/UX — hero section, services grid, testimonials, trust signals, and conversion-focused CTAs all optimized for lead generation
- Implemented proper technical SEO — clean URL structure (
/state/new-york/), metadata per page, structured data, sitemap, and fast page load via Next.js optimizations - Built the site around a phone call conversion model — every CTA drives users to call for a free quote, making it a pure lead generation machine
