Project Overview

GetNomics is a full-scale SaaS marketing and discovery platform designed to connect businesses, buyers, and sellers worldwide. Users register once and can manage multiple businesses under a single account — each with its own public profile, articles, marketplace listings, and project showcases. The platform runs on its own internal economy powered by Nomics Coins, which users buy, earn, and spend within the ecosystem.

What Was Built

• Designed and developed the entire platform using Next.js for a fast, dynamic frontend with server-side rendering and Supabase (PostgreSQL) as the backend database and auth layer
• Built a multi-business account system — a single user account can create, manage, and switch between multiple business profiles, each with its own dashboard and public-facing page
• Developed the article and project publishing system — businesses can publish articles and showcase projects directly from their dashboard, discoverable by all users globally
• Built a full marketplace — businesses list products, users browse by category, location, and behavior, with personalized recommendations powered by follow history and geolocation
• Engineered the Nomics Coin economy — users purchase coins, earn them through platform activity, and spend them on featured listings, promotions, and platform services
• Implemented a global buyer/seller discovery system — users can browse potential buyers and sellers filtered by location, category, and industry worldwide
• Built a personalized home feed driven by location, user behavior, and follows — surfacing the most relevant businesses, products, and articles for each user
• Integrated category browsing, global location-based filtering, and a search system for businesses, products, and articles
